AC Check Up Service Includes:

• AC system inspection
• Pressure test (to check leakage of freon)
• Clean condenser
• Check evaporator coil (the one in the basement), air filter and thermostat
• Oil fan motor

(Does NOT include any cost of parts replacement)

Gas Furnace Check Up

For Low- (Old Style), Mid- and High-Efficiency Furnaces:

• Check operation of thermostat & safety controls
• Check gas pilot safety system & clean if necessary
• Check motor & fan in the fan compartment
• Check blower operation
• Check condition, tension & alignment of fan belt & adjust if necessary
• Check gas piping to furnace
• Perform carbon monoxide (CO) test

• Repair time 3-4 days
• Warranty: 30 days
• Expected minimum parts: $75

Electronic Air Cleaner Repair Service:

• Check spark ignition, pressure switches, power vent system
• Check operation of the venter blower, vent damper
• Check condition of the condensate line
